I’m Krystina, Product Manager and HR/L&D Professional

The decision to start this business came from a desire to build connection.  Throughout my career, it is the people and relationships that have left the biggest impact.  I've had an opportunity to work with some amazing leaders in healthcare, fitness, and retail.  As a learning and development professional and product manager, I found myself in a unique position to not only be in the working alongside my colleagues, but also to facilitate their personal growth.  In doing that, I’ve learned so much. 

The philosophy behind K.Rosania Consulting is rooted in servant leadership, a perspective certainly informed by my career experiences.  Working in graduate medical education was my first step into learning & development, and The healthcare field instilled in me a strong people-centric approach.  As I shifted to personal training education for a luxury fitness brand, I gained expertise in learning strategies, curriculum design, and personal development.  I became a nutrition coach and certified yoga instructor, always inspired and curious to learn more.  Timing was also in my favor, as technology was becoming more of a workplace staple, especially in relation to learning.  It was a well-fit puzzle piece and no surprise that I ended up as a global HR product manager. 

All of this shapes how I approach consulting, bringing together my expertise in development and coaching with a deep understanding of technology and wellness. I specialize in:
